What’s it for? A full-time Master’s degree (coursework-based)

Eligibility Criteria for the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship
Be from a country that receives MTCP support
Be under 45 years old
You need a degree holder with at least a CGPA of 3.0 or Second Class Upper
Show proof of English skills:
IELTS score of 6.0 or
TOEFL iBT score of 60 or
Proof that you studied in English
Be healthy and submit a medical report
Must already be admitted into a Malaysian university for the September/October 2025 session.

Apply online from 12 May to 13 June 2025 through the official MTCP website.
