Can You Apply? Here’s What You Need

Thinking of applying? Great! Just make sure you meet these basic requirements:

If you’re going for a bachelor’s degree: You should be between 17 and 25 years old, and you need to be high school graduate or something equal to 12 years of schooling.

If you are applying for a masters scholarship programme you will be need a bachelor’s degree and about 16 years of education and your GPA should be at least 3.75 out of 5.0.

Health condition is also an important criteria, ensure that you are in good health  and of good character. You must show determination in adhering to the university’s regulations.

Required Documents for the Islamic University Madinah Scholarship

School certificates or result slips

Birth certificate or ID card

Passport (if you have one)

A letter or certificate that shows you are of good character

A medical report to show that you are in good health condition

A recommendation letter (this can come from your school, an Islamic center, or someone who knows you well)

Brief personal statement about yourself and why you want to study at the university (more like a statement of purpose)
