If you enjoyed our previous post on countries that are easy to get scholarships in, here’s a part two with more countries that are doing the most when it comes to helping students from around the world study without breaking the bank.
Now remember, no scholarship just lands in your lap. You still need to make an effort apply on time, write from your heart and make sure your documents are in order. But some countries just make things easier and more accessible. Let’s get into it.
Finland
Finland doesn’t just have beautiful nature and happy people, it also offers tuition-free education for students from the EU and lots of scholarships for students outside the EU/EEA. Most Finnish universities have their own scholarship programs, especially for master’s degrees. If you have good grades and a clear study plan, you’ve got a good chance here.

Malaysia
Malaysia is often overlooked, but it’s a great spot for affordable education. The government offers the MTCP (Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme) scholarship and many universities like Universiti Malaya and UCSI University also provide financial support. Malaysia has English-taught programs, low cost of living and a welcoming vibe.
India
