Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarship
The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is open to students from different international backgrounds that want to study a master’s degree in Korea. If you have such interests, this is your chance.
The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarship is covers all academic and non-academic expenses. That means it will pay for your school fees, monthly allowance, flight tickets (go and return), a place to stay, health insurance, and even a little money to settle in when you arrive.
You can apply to study courses like International Development, Public Policy, Agriculture, Women and Development, Fisheries, and many more – all focused on helping your country grow.

Eligiblity Criteria
Applicants must be in a good health condition (physically and mentally)
You must not be up to 40 years old by February 1, 2025.
You should be able to speak and understand English (all classes are in English).
A government worker with at least 2 years of work experience for MSc and 3 years for PhD
Benefits of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarship
If you get selected, KOICA will pay for everything, including:
100% of your school fees
About 999,000 KRW (around $750) every month for your living expenses
It covers flight expenses.
An allowance of 600,000 KRW for Master’s and 1.2 million KRW for PhD.
Free university accommodation
Health insurance
Extra support for school and cultural activities
A completion bonus when you finish the program (300,000 KRW for Master’s, 600,000 KRW for PhD).

Master’s in e-Government and Public Management – Sungkyunkwan University
Health Policy and Capacity Building – Yonsei University. For both Masters and PhD
Economic Development Policy for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth for both Master’s & PhD
Climate and Environmental Change Management – Masters only

3. Fill out the application form carefully and upload all the required documents.
