Eligibility Criteria for 2025 UNESCO IHE Delft Rotary Scholarship
To qualify for the 2025 UNESCO IHE Delft Rotary Scholarship, you must:
First apply and gain academic admission to the IHE Delft Master’s Programme in Water and Sustainable Development.
Choose one of the following study tracks:
Water and Health
Water, Food and Energy
Water Resources and Ecosystems Health
Water Hazards, Risks and Climate
Once you’re admitted, it is important that you connect with a local Rotary Club in your area. Through their support your application, will be submitted.
Scholarship Benefits of the 2025 UNESCO IHE Delft Rotary Scholarship
If selected, you’ll receive a fully funded scholarship, which includes:
Full tuition fees
Living stipends to cover accommodation and daily expenses
Travel costs to and from the Netherlands
Health insurance during your studies
How Long is the Program?
It’s a full Master’s degree program, so you’ll be spending about 18 months studying in the Netherlands while connecting with global experts in water and sanitation.
Step-by-Step: How to Apply
1. Apply for admission to the IHE Delft Master’s program (deadline: 1 April 2025).
2. While applying, look for a Rotary Club near you using Rotary’s Club Finder.
3. Contact the club and ask if they can nominate you for the Rotary Scholarship.
4. If they agree, fill out the application form together with the Rotary Club.
5. Afterwards your file will be submitted by the Rotary. They’ll ensure that your application gets to the IHE Delft selection committee by 15 April 2025.
6. You’ll get a response about your application status before 15 May 2025.
7. Final approval from Rotary International will be confirmed by 1 July 2025.
